NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Please take notice that the Annual General Meeting (a hybrid event) of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board will be held on Thursday, the 13th day of March, 2025 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of transacting the following business:

To adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on February 29, 2024 and the minutes of the Special General Meeting held on November 28, 2024;
To receive the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year,
January 1st – December 31st, 2024 and the report of the Board’s Auditor thereon;
To appoint an Auditor for the 2025 fiscal year;
To consider the report of the Board Development Committee and to elect Officers and Directors.

The physical location for the Annual General Meeting will be at the Sheraton Guildford Hotel located at 15269 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC. Members may also attend virtually via FVREB Connect.
