Please take notice that the Annual General Meeting (a hybrid event) of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board will be held on Thursday, the 12th day of March, 2026 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of transacting the following business: - To adopt the minutes of annual general meeting held on March 13, 2025;
- To receive the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year, January 1st – December 31st, 2025 and the report of the Board’s Auditor thereon;
- To appoint an Auditor for the 2026 fiscal year;
- To consider Bylaw changes, recommended by Special Resolution. Click here to view;
- To consider the report of the Board Development Committee and to elect Officers and Directors.
