SPECIAL RESOLUTION BYLAW AMENDMENTS

 

I have been instructed by the Board of Directors to advise that in accordance with Section 21.1 of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s Bylaws, the Bylaw amendments will be recommended for your consideration and will be proposed as Special Resolutions at the Special General Meeting on Thursday, November 28, 2024.

 

Please note that we have prepared the following documents:

  • A Notice of a Special Resolutions in relation to three proposed amendments to the Bylaws;
  • Blacklined version of the 2024 Bylaws showing the proposed amendments;
  • A side-by-side comparison of the affected sections;
  • FVREB current Bylaws, adopted at the 2024 AGM,

 

Members may also access these documents on .

 

The 2024 SGM Proxy Form will be available to members no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting in accordance with Section 4.5 of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s Bylaws for members who choose to vote by proxy.
