FVREB eMemo: SentriGuard Lockbox Price Adjustment

Dear Members,

 

Please be advised of an upcoming price adjustment for SentriGuard lockboxes, effective April 1, 2026.

 

Our vendor has indicated that due to increased manufacturing and supply costs, the price of a SentriGuard lockbox will increase to $199.99 + tax per unit as of April 1, 2026.

 

While the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board does not set lockbox pricing, we appreciate that price increases are never ideal and we share this update to ensure members are aware of the change in advance and can plan accordingly. FVREB will continue to provide secure and reliable lockbox services and support to members.
