FVREB eMemo: New Login Procedure for SentriLock Effective April 9, 2025

Dear Members,

 

Please be advised of an important update regarding the login procedure for SentriLock.

 

Beginning on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, users will be prompted to authenticate via REALTOR.ca Single Sign-On (SSO) when logging into SentriLock via a browser on your desktop or laptop.

 

Members using the SentriLock mobile app will not be affected.

 

What’s Changing?

 

Currently, when you access SentriLock with a browser, you are redirected to Clareity to enter your username and password. Effective April 9, 2025, you will be redirected to sign in to REALTOR.ca using your email, password, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

 

New Login Method:

  • When logging in via a browser, use your REALTOR.ca email, password, and MFA instead of your Clareity username and password.
  • There will be no change for users of the SentriLock app.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition to enhance security and streamline the login process.
